Cancellation & Refund Policy

You are entitled to cancel your service within 180 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling a service is 180 days from the date you received the service or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the provider, received the service.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 180 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Cancellations:

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The service was purchased in the last 180 days.

The following services cannot be canceled:

  • Services made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Services which, according to their nature, cannot be returned, such as those that have already been fully performed or delivered.

  • Services which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Services which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any service that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Services

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the service to us. You should send the service cancellation request to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for services that are not properly canceled or for cancellation requests lost in transit. Therefore, we recommend using a trackable method of communication. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the cancellation request or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the service was marked as a gift when purchased and then provided directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the service is canceled, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the service wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
